How to verify companies and offices in New Delhi
Companies Act, 2013: Section 7 governs incorporation and related filings; Section 12 requires a company to maintain a registered office capable of receiving and acknowledging communications. Check available company records through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. A directory entry alone does not establish incorporation or active status.
Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017: Section 22 concerns liability for GST registration subject to applicable thresholds and conditions, Section 24 addresses specified compulsory registration cases, and Section 31 provides rules on tax invoices.
